It should be evident that NCA’s Graduate Program is a new initiative
in Pakistan, encompassing an expanding area of inquiry which is intellectually
as complex as the financial and information flows of globalization.
The initial intake of students in the program will be restricted to
no more than seven students each year. This is necessitated by a realistic
recognition of the limitations regarding the intellectual and academic
capital of the country and the region.
