ATTENTION: ALL UNDERGRADUATE PROVISIONALLY SELECTED CANDIDATES’ ACADEMIC SESSION 2024
SUBJECT: INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

You have been provisionally offered admission against reserved seat for which you applied. In order to initiate Registration process, you must bring following documents for verification: -

1. Result clearance certificate with minimum 45% marks and 40% for FATA selected students.
2. Matric & Intermediate results, A/O level equivalence certificate Original (Verified by IBBC) and 2 attested copies each.
3. Recent pay slip / Income proof/ Certificate of Father/ Guardian.
4. Original Medical fitness Certificate by Registered Medical Practitioner
5. Latest two attested passport size photographs (Front) and two attested passport size photographs (Back attested)
6. Nomination letter for Azad Jammu & Kashmir quota candidate
7. Nomination letter for G-B quota candidate
8. Domicile 2 attested copies
9. Student CNIC 2 attested copies
10. Father CNIC 2 attested copies

You must come to College Reception with the above mention documents for verification.

After documents verification you will be issued fee challan. You will be requested to submit paid fee challan at the College Reception to complete your registration process and issuance of College roll number.

Note: Registration is open till 23rd JANUARY, 2024
