H.E. Dr. Mehmet Pacaci, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkiye, visited National College of Arts on 03-02-2023. A warm welcome by the worthy Vice Chancellor followed with a visit of the Thesis Show 2022. VC NCA Prof. Dr. Murtaza Jafri and H.E Dr. Mehmet Pacaci talked about educational cooperation between Turkiye and Pakistan.
